Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, adjustments to your order or shipping details. 

All of our products are created with care, packaged the same way and leave our location in the same manner. We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However, as a small handcrafted business, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.  Changes in temperature during shipping may affect the texture of the products. We are not responsible for any changes that may occur during the shipping process.

Our products are made without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients. To maintain the integrity of the product, store in a cool dry place and avoid adding water. Products will last up to a year at room temperature.

Please note that the products may melt when exposed to periods of heat during the shipping process.  Please check your mailbox as soon as possible after your order has been delivered to avoid extended exposure to heat. By placing your order, you have consented to the possibility of your order arriving in a melted state. Refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your products arrive in a melted state, place it in a refrigerator or a cool room until it solidifies. While it may lose some of its whipped texture, the product will still be good to use.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the mistake.
